“ Halal House was so good. The food was amazing! I spoke with the owner all food is fresh never frozen home made recipes. He told me he cooks with his heart all of his children's favorite meals. The lamb shank is a real lamb shank no skimping out on anything. All the best food is made from the heart! What a great guy, service and of course food. 10 out of 10, will be a repeat customer. ”
“ Our first time eating chicken shawarma. It was absolutely delicious. The service and staff was efficient and professionaland the food was well prepared. We actually went back and dined again a few days later. It's a small place located in the Fantastic Indoor Swapmeet on S. Decatur. ”
“ I’ve been to Las Vegas 3 times in my life and this is easily the best food I’ve eaten in Las Vegas. This place deserves its all 5 star reviews. Meat was fresh and was perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside and paired well with the homemade sauce. The hospitality was also amazing. If you’re in Vegas this place is a must. ”
“ Were in Vegas for the weekend 3 weeks ago and visited Halal House Mediterranean food for dinner on a Saturday. Was my first time trying Mediterranean food and asked what they recommend and ordered Lamb shank and my wife ordered the mix platter and Tzatziki Sauce, was so fresh, as was the mint green ice tea. The food was delicious, meat juicy, rice so flavorful everything was excellent. I’m thinking it was the owner he was friendly very kind, hospitality was great. I definitely recommend this place five stars: Next time we’re in town we will definitely stop by for dinner. We’re from CA, Monterey county. ”
“ Stopped in on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. We arrived and were promptly greeted and sat, and was given some recommendations by the staff. I ended up getting the lamb shank plate because it just came out of the oven, and I was not disappointed. My only complaint is that it’s so far from my home and I can’t have it more often. ”
“ We went for a long hike and were tired and drained from the heat - but one thing sounded really good: mediterranean food. This had the highest reviews and we had to try it. We walked and ordered a lot. The chef/owner stepped out from the back and welcomed us. He was gracious enough to tell us that the arugula had gone bad so he didn’t want to use it for the falafel pita wrap and arugula salad. He was extremely friendly and we chatted with him the whole evening. I could see why his food was the best, because he had true passion for cooking. We ordered the following: Hummus: the BEST hummus in Vegas because it was fresh and creamy. All house made. Tzatziki sauce: also fresh made and tasted delicious. Fried eggplant: the BEST fried eggplant because it was extremely flavorful and well seasoned. Falafel pita wrap: the yogurt paired really well as a sauce with the wrap and made the falafels taste even better. Falafel bowl: amazing falafels that were perfectly crispy and not too hard or soggy. Well seasoned. The rice was appetizing, salad tasty, and the sauce amazing. Harira soup: reminded us of Indian dhal so we had no complaints here. After a long talk dinner session and chat with the owner, he let us try the Zesty lemon ginger mint drink and it was a perfect way to end the meal as as it refreshing and made a nice kick to the ginger. Overall, this is the best mediterranean location in Vegas hand down as the food is authentic and the service is excellent. ”
“ We had an amazing experience here. The food was outstanding, especially the lamb shank, which was fall-off-the-bone tender and full of flavor. The sauce was rich and delicious, and everyone in our group loved their meals. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The family-style service made us feel right at home, and I want to personally thank the gentleman who took care of us, your kindness didn’t go unnoticed. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot if you're in Vegas and want great halal food with a welcoming atmosphere. It is a small establishment BUT the best Mediterranean I've every had. ”
“ This place focuses on the food. It is 5 stars for a reason. The fresh ingredients are sourced with care and quality in mind. The sandwich is adequately satisfying on its own, but the fries were good too. The chicken wrap was delicious. The seasonings on the chicken were perfect and the house-made sauce was impeccable. For drinks, the zesty ginger was fantastic. I only wish it were larger. The tip was well earned too. The service was friendly. You can tell the owner, Anas, takes pride in this family operated business. - The atmosphere is simple and unassuming. There was some audio and video on display that helped, but the focus is on the food. - I’m trying the lamb shank plate next time. 5 stars! UPDATE: We returned and ordered the lamb shank. Because it was slow cooked 5-hours, it was fall-off-the-bone tender. It was perfectly seasoned. The gamey flavor was toned down, but the natural flavor of the lamb still shined through. ”
